Managing Through Change. If there is one constant certainty, it’s that people and organisations change. This workshop looks at ways participants can manage change more effectively; from building self-awareness, to building better relationships, from understanding the impact of change, to effectively supporting others.


Leading The Way
. Designed for emerging leaders who want to reevaluate their leadership style, design new ways of working, and make real changes. We look at bias, ‘glass rooms’ (it’s not just ceilings…), landscaping the way ahead, modelling behaviour, finding the strength in soft skills, challenging conversations, and bringing your best from home to work and home again. 


The Power of Happiness. An interactive online workshop exploring the ways happiness relates to individual and team resilience. The session is designed for leaders who are looking to create greater team cohesion after a period of change. We look at helping individuals in the team connect with their purpose, values, goals and community, thereby creating a more inclusive and fruitful working culture.

It has long been said that if you work hard and succeed at your goals,
you will attain happiness. But we now know that the opposite is true: 

“We become more successful when we are happier and more positive.”  


Taking Steps: Walking Coaching Session. These executive coaching sessions are all held outdoors on a walk, finding that fresh air often brings fresh ideas and energy! They are ideal for a focussed ninety minutes spent on a particular challenge or next step, and moving it to insight and action. Initially designed for women who were preparing for a move to a senior management or executive position, they prove immensely popular for all.


The 12 in 12. A bespoke 12-hour coaching process over 12 weeks. This involves a personalised and bespoke design that works to your life and your schedule. Dreamt of walking around an art gallery thinking about your future? We can do that. Know you’ll need at least three one-hour sessions online from home because of childcare? We can do that. Think you’ll need a month off in the middle to make some changes? We can do that. We design the 12 sessions with you to ensure that we spend the most impactful and inspiring - and actionable - 12 hours together, moving your life forward positively, powerfully and permanently.


Amplify Your Message. Designed for emerging leaders working on their presentation skills and personal impact. We look at leaders’ messages designed to inspire and motivate others, and explore ways that these messages can land with more confidence and clarity.


No Wrong Questions. A new way to look at the vital issues of equity, diversity and inclusion. We create a safe space for colleagues to exchange ideas and focus on what’s working, and also what’s not. 

Follow-Up and Follow-On:  As a policy we encourage in-built coaching sessions after each of the courses and sessions have ended, to ensure progression and embedding.
